We're having a meeting tomorrow to discuss why on Earth staff at the mental health unit want to discharge J in a week's time. They also seem unable to set up any after care. We only learnt of this discharge date a week ago. It's like shouting at a brick wall. They are repeating all the same mistakes and they have no accountability.
