Short term support designed not to encourage "dependancy" and a pizza topped with freedom

J has been home for a day after she discharged herself early from the Bradgate Mental Health Unit. We're just about coping okay. Sleep is random.  We're both pretty exhausted, J by the transition, making all sorts of arrangements and appointments; and me by trying to put things right in the house (after man-caving it for six months), grocery shopping etc. Lucy cat is loving the fuss. One day, hopefully, I will move back into my own flat.  We had pizza.  It was topped with freedom. ;)

A phrase keeps going around in my head. The Crisis Team plan to visit during a few days of the coming week (they are worse than plumbers in their inability to specify actual times) but they will then review her for discharge from their care so as to avoid her "dependancy" upon them.  Is this standard practice or is this more BPD diagnosis bigotry?
